Almost correct. There is no HIV, man-made or otherwise. There is just a test that gives positive results based on nothing to do with any specific infection. The DRUGS aka ARVs are what make people people testing positive sick until they die. Yes, population of undesirables will be curtailed. This is why only certain populations and geographical areas are tested extensively. The victims or people with 'AIDS' are not infected wit HIV.
